Enquiries through forms

When you use an enquiry form, we process the details you enter, in particular your name, telephone number, email address, property and job details, and your message. We use this information to assess and answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible service.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to handle your enquiry and for steps before a possible contract. Where the GDPR applies, our basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, the applicable provisions of Swiss data protection law apply.

Email delivery and mailbox

Form data is sent via PHPMailer by SMTP to the mailbox set up for Fedenko. The hosting or email provider processes this data as a technical service provider. Your details are not sent to WhatsApp automatically.

WhatsApp

A WhatsApp link prepares a message from your details and opens WhatsApp. Data is transmitted to WhatsApp only when you send the message yourself. From that point, communication takes place on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure under its privacy terms.

Server logs

When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technical access data in server logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This supports secure, reliable operation and error analysis.

Security and abuse prevention

To protect forms, we use session cookies for CSRF tokens. Rate limiting also temporarily stores a hash of your IP address with timestamps to limit abusive requests. This data is not used for profiling.

Analytics and Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is used to measure website usage and is activated only after you give consent. Cookies or comparable technologies may then be used and usage data may be sent to Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.

Retention

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, for a subsequent business relationship, or to meet legal retention requirements. Temporary security data is deleted after the relevant protection period expires.

Your rights

You may request information about your personal data and, where the conditions are met, request correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where the GDPR applies, you may also object, request data portability and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Please contact us by email for any request.
